Bottom Eyeliner at Creations Art and Beauty is a semi-permanent makeup service that places pigment along your lower lash line to create a defined, lasting contour. The artist works with the natural lash line and eye shape to control placement and intensity, producing anything from a soft enhancement to a more defined line based on your preferences and anatomy.
Appointments are scheduled for 120 minutes and include the initial application and any immediate adjustments required. The price for Bottom Eyeliner is $299. A Touch Up For Eyeliner ($150) is required within 3–6 weeks to refine color and placement. Some swelling for 1–2 days after treatment is normal as the area heals.
Choosing shape and pigment
The final look depends on decisions about line thickness, color depth and how close pigment sits to the lashes. Clients choose subtle definition or a more visible liner; the artist advises on options that suit eye shape, daily makeup habits and desired maintenance. Many clients report a comfortable, gentle experience with minimal discomfort during the appointment.
If you want both upper and lower definition, Top Eyeliner is offered separately (Top Eyeliner $450) and can be scheduled together or at different times.
